You Are In Charge

By choosing to think on the better-feeling thoughts and by speaking more of what you do want and less of what you do not want, you will gently tune yourself to the vibrational frequency of your New Paradigm. To see your world through the eyes of God is truly the most spectacular view of life, for from that vibrational vantage point, you are in alignment with—and therefore in the process of attracting—what you would consider to be the very best of your new story.

Products for a New Wellness Paradigm


You Have the Power To Create a Joy Filled Life
Can you think your way into power, money or health?  I have read books and heard others talk and some say it is possible.  What do you think?  Can thinking about a thing make it come closer to you and if that is true can you make bad things come to you if you think about them?  If you had the power to create exact life situations would you be in the place you are now?  If you could change this situation you find yourself in how would you do that?  If you could change the way you think about the situation you find yourself in would you think it long enough to see if it worked.  Is a week long enough to affect a change or is a year to long to think something without seeing a difference.  

All things desired are wanted because you think they will make you feel better.  If you think about things that make you feel better will feeling better bring a significant change?  Would that change lead to another better feeling thought and wouldn't that be added to the list of better feelings.  Would a pile of feeling better be a change significant enough to see that your situation is changing for the better? 

This may seem like an interrogation but the way you think about power, money or health, defines your relationships with the material world and the people who live there.  Thinking is the key to this subject so before I get into the 'things' you must do to obtain a healthy body I will have to address the way you think about things.
Here are a few things you can do to practice thinking better thoughts;
  1. Make a list of all the positive things in your life
  2. Read aloud this list
  3. Say out loud that you appreciate these things
  4. Repeat this every time you catch yourself saying negative things about yourself or your life 
Does this sound sophomoric?  Like something you heard in Sunday school?  Like you don't have time for this juvenile stuff?  OK.  To examine how you think you have to get a hold of what you say.  The words you say repeatedly create a story and that story is a paradigm.  It is a straight line that had a beginning and it will have an ending.  You will live in that storyline unless you change the words of the story.  You are in control of the telling make no mistake about it and you can change the storyline when ever you decide to. When you do it that will change the ending.  Time is a chain reaction.  Like a single drop of water in a still pond you can see the effects of an action, a word, a thought.
